The PPBA Peace Action for Rapid Nigerian Early Response, "PARTNER" Team conducted a Community-led Resource Mapping and Need Assessment in Angwan Rukuba of Jos North LGA. The activity was aimed at identifying community assets and resources that can facilitate peace in the community of intervention.
Secondly, it also identified resources/assets that could be used to support community action plans (CAP) and facilitate social cohesion.
The Director General, PPBA, Dr. Julie Sanda participated in the community-led activity. This was to familiarize herself with the PARTNER project and also to extend her support to the team and community even, as she urged the stakeholders to put in more effort at changing the impression people hold of the community.
